Validate the consistency of attempts count for activities

      As per a task, this might not need a PR but it is just to check if all is in place.

      Basically the end result:

      • We can gather the information from the modules above
      • There is not specific API to do it and we mostly need to build queries to get the info
      • We should aim to unify the way we gather this type of information in the given modules so to avoid discrepancies in the display (for example in the quiz page we also display the number of attempts).

      Many activities have an "attempts" count displayed in the overview. However, we are unsure how consistently this calculation is applied, particularly for activities with incomplete attempts, such as quizzes.

      UX has asked to consolidate the overview criteria.
