Reporting an issue in core, where if you go to https://sandbox.moodledemo.net/admin/tool/analytics/createmodel.php, and click on 'more help' in the tooltip for 'target', it goes to this page: https://docs.moodle.org/405/en/Targets

I believe it should be going here instead: https://docs.moodle.org/405/en/Learning_analytics_targets
