The activity plugins are rendered mainly in:

• Course activity cards
• Activity page header
• Reports
• Gradebook
• Activity blocks
• Calendar
• Plugin manager

However, the way the activity icon is included is far from standardized and on every place the code is repeated and inconsistent.

This issue is about creating new methods in the renderer format to print the activity icon and replacing all the ad-hoc solutions.

The method should have a way to indicate if the icon should be colourized using filters (like in the course page) o not (like in grade book).
