A client wants to be able to manage changes to their competency framework in bulk e.g. naming convention or rates for proficiency

It appears this is not possible as on upload it clashes noting framework already exists.  It would be impractical to reset up learning plans to a duplicated framework.  I cant see a way to manage this existing currently
