Steps to reproduce

1. Create new course / Open the settings tab on an existing course

2. Press on a tooltips

3. Press anywhere else or on other tooltips

Actual result

The tooltips stay on screen when pressing elsewhere

The tooltips should hide when clicking anything else

The tooltips can be closed by clicking away from and on the tooltip multiple times.
