Setup: create a course create a quiz with at least one question create a user enrol this new user in the course created above log in with the user created above answer the quiz log out log in as admin return to the quiz activity go to Results tab click on Show report button ensure the user attempt is visible delete the user created above in Administration > Users > Browse list of users Test overview report: log in as admin go to the quiz activity go to Results tab select all users who have attempted the quiz in Attempts from field click on Show report button ensure the deleted user is not visible in report Test responses report: log in as admin go to the quiz activity go to Results tab select Responses in dropdown menu at the top left click on Show report button ensure the deleted user is not visible in report
