Remove YUI and obsolete modules from course editor

      Once MDL-82340 is done, the course editor will no longer use any YUI or pre-40 javascript modules.

      How to proceed: find the issue code in core and remove any related stuff. Most of them are javascript modules but there are also some PHP functions used to include the old modules.
