After MDL-82341, the course/dnduploadlib.php will only contain classes and one deprecated function.

This issue is about moving the classes to its own namespace classes inside course/format/classes and create alias for the global scope (inside the original dnduploadslib.php)

Also, create a final deprecation issue to remove the file in Moodel 6.0.
