Module edit form with settings that are not compatible with the current Default activity completion fail silently

      Hello Moodle HQ,

      We've noticed that when you set the Completion conditions of a forum as below it stops the ability of adding a Forum to a course where Completion tracking is switched on.

      Steps to reproduce on vanilla 4.4.x install:

      • Enter any course which has Completion tracking set in course settings 
      • Edit and Add a Forum
      • Set Completion conditions to be Add requirements / Receive a grade / any grade
      • Forum will not save and no error given
