      Note: To test Moodle 4.5 version enable Subsections in Site administration > Plugins > Manage activities

       

      Duplicating a section

      1. Create a new Custom sections course with at least 1 section (besides the General section).
      2. Add two new subsections to the section.
      3. Attempt to duplicate the section.
      4. Verify no error is given.

      Backup / restore

      1. Create a new Custom sections course with at least 1 section (besides the General section).
      2. Add two new subsections to the section.
      3. Copy the course
      4. Verify no error is given
      5. Ensure that the new course contains two subsections
