1. Install the latest Multitopic format (https://moodle.org/plugins/format_multitopic/versions).
2. Add a new Multitopic format course.
3. Set the course format setting Topic duration to 1 week.
4. Turn editing on.
5. Add two topics.
6. For one of the topics, in the edit menu, choose Move.
7. Verify the Move section dialogue information message does not show HTML code.

Test Multilang

1. Login as administrator
2. Go to Site administration > Plugins > Filters > Manage Filters
3. Enable "Multi-language content" and set "Apply to" to "Content and headings"
4. Go to Site administration > language > Language packs
5. Install Spanish (es) anguage pack
6. Go to a course and enable Edit mode
7. Edit a section name to

   <span lang="es" class="multilang">Hola mundo!</span><span lang="en" class="multilang">Hello world!</span>

8. Open the section action menu and select Move
9. Confirm "Move Hello world! after:" is correctly displayed.
