I have a course with several subsections. If i use the search and click of search result that is placed inside a subsection, the complete navigation of the side doesn't work.
And it crashes - i have to collapse the menu and reload the page to can navigate again.

Edit: i have to click on the subsection menu to can navigate through the topics of the subsection. But the search is buggy.

Moodle 4.5+ (Build: 20241011)

1. Create a course (MDL-83454) with 2 subsection (Subsection 1 and Subsection 2)
2. Within each section create two text media area (Subsection 1 / Assignment 1 - MDL-83454 , ...)
3. Go to Search > Manage global search
4. Set it to Simple search
   1.  Search engine : simple search
   2. Index data
   3. Include all visible course
5. Go back to the course
6. Collapse all the subsections
7. Search for MDL-83454 in the new course.
8. Click on the links "View this result in context", on the first text media area and on "in course MDL-83454"
9. Now click on the next Text Media area
10. Expected: you should scroll to the Text media area
11. What is happening: the subsection is selected and the text media area (first one) is selected
