This issue is to let the UX team define how site and course badges should be displayed in the "Award badges" criteria, to improve this criterion by letting to award site badges when course badges are awarded too.

Adding the courses to the current list might be confusing for sites with a lot of courses and badges, because it will make it harder to find these badges.
