I've tried to add a new Forum to my course - after filling everything out. I click the save and I'm dropped back to the top of the "add forum" page and it will not save and return to course or save and display.

Click on Add activity or resource - select Forum

Fill out Forum Name and any other required fields

Click on Save and Return to course.  The page goes to the top on the page with the sections collapsed and nothing happens.  It will not save the forum.
