Since a user on the multi-factor token verification page (eg for email based MFA) is not technically authenticated when they are on that page (because they haven't passed the second factor), they aren't able to access site support, unless supportavailability is set to "anyone", which a lot of sites do not use to avoid it being used by spammers - which is the main purpose for us introducing the "limited to authenticated users" support availability option.
I am proposing that we also make site support available on the MFA verification page ifsupportavailability is limited to authenticated users, because you must pass the first login factor to reach that page (eg have a valid username and password), and it will be possible for anyone experiencing MFA issues to then contact support.
