The percentage completion indicated on a student's my modules page does not exclude activities that the student cannot access. Both hidden and restricted activities are included. Students are not getting an accurate view of their progress.

1. create a new course with 3 activities and enrol two students (A and B)
2. enable activity completion and set each one to be manually completed by students
3. hide one and restrict another so only A can view it
4. log in as each student and complete all the activities available
5. go to the my modules page as each student and see that the course is never 100% complete even though they have done everything available.
