As a badge creator, I want to specify an email to receive badge awarded notifications so that a module team member or tutor can be specified instead of the creator of the badge.

At present, the only option is to tick for the badge creator to receive notifications when badges are awarded. As in most cases this is not a member of the module team, it is not a useful function for us.

As such, I propose that we add a custom field that allows you to also enter a desired recipients email to be notified as the badges are awarded.
