Tiny editor insert media tabs overlaps the modal title

      Discovered by mikelmartíncorrales while testing MDLQA-19356

      The "Insert media" tabs overlaps modal title when viewing the editor in full screen mode.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Log in as Administrator and set TiniMCE as default editor (if not set)
      2. Go to user profile and click on "Edit profile"
      3. In "Description" TiniMCE editor press "Fullscreen" editor option
      4. While in fullscreen press "Multimedia" editor option

      What happens: The tab overlaps the "Insert media" modal
