Can't Access to Any File

      I am using Web version of moodle

      Today I noticed that there was a recent update. Also, when I tried to open any file uploaded to Moodle, it started throwing me to the "Error | CIU-Moodle" page. I put screenshot to attachments

      When I click "More information about this error", I see another page. I put screenshot to attachments.

      This error is not only for one file. I can't access any file.
