MOODLE_404_STABLE
This ticket is in response to MDL-81749—from our testing in Moodle Workplace 4.4.3, that fix is not entirely working.
Steps to reproduce
- In a Moodle course, create one or several SCORM activities with a package (SCORM 1.2) that produces a maximum score of 100 for questions answered
- For SCORM activity settings, set number of attempts to 1, enable "lock" after attempt, and configure the completion requirement to be only "require minimum score" with a value of 90
- Set course completion criteria to completion of SCORM activity
- As a learner, do not complete the package and do not reach the minimum-score threshold
Expected outcome
- For that learner, the activity does not complete
Actual outcome
- As that learner, the course UI does not indicate activity completion. I see the requirement in red text, and a red x next to the SCORM activity; however, in the "My Courses" UI, I see that the course is complete (see attachments)
- As a course admin visiting the course completion report, I see completion of activity and course; the activity completion is a red x, and while the cursor hover indicates not reaching the completion criteria, it also indicates activity completion (see attachment)
