When I was triaging MDL-81212 for the app I realised that when you record a screen (or record a video) the first time you can see what you are recording, the second time you cannot see what you are recording (it still works but you don't see what you are recording).

Reproduce steps:

1. Before starting recording a screen:
   
2. During recording a screen [first time]
   
3. You stop recording screen [first time]
   
4. You decide to record screen again by clicking on 'Record again' button, it asks you for a confirmation
   
5. ! It starts recording (I was expecting to return to step 1) doesn't let see what are you recording[second time]
   
6. You stop recording screen [second time]
