Test 1

Steps

1. Create a course and enrol a teacher and a student. 
2. Create an assignment with the following settings:
   1. Anonymous submissions: Yes
   2. Use marking workflow: Yes
   3. Allow partial release of grades while marking anonymously: Yes
3. As the teacher go to the assignment and click the Submissions tab (for Moodle 4.4 click View all submissions).
4. In the Grade column click the action menu (⋮) for the student and select Grade (for Moodle 4.4 click the Grade button for the student).
5. Enter a grade (for example, 50) and change Marking workflow state to "Released".
6. Click Save changes.
7. From the main course page click the Grades tab.

Expected results

In the assignment column of the grader report table is the grade set in step 5. (Without this fix the grade in the assignment column is empty).

Test 2

Steps

(Continues from previous test).

1. Create a user and assign the Manager system role to them.
2. As the manager go to the assignment and click the Submissions tab.

Expected results

Above the table of users should be the message Anonymous submissions are enabled for this activity.

Test 3

Steps

(Continues from previous test).

1. Edit the assignment settings changing Allow partial release of grades while marking anonymously to No.
2. As the manager go to the assignment and click the Submissions tab.

Expected results

Above the table of users should be the longer message Anonymous submissions are enabled for this activity. Grades will not be added to the gradebook until student identities are revealed via the "Actions" menu.
