- Restore the attached backup file in a new course backup-moodle2-course-2-mdl-83068-test-20240910-1128-nu.mbz
and enrol one student
Testing scenario
- Access the course "Testing course for
MDL-83068" as a student. - Go to the "Quiz name 1 - Immediate feedback" activity, Preview it, answer all the questions (some of them should be wrong, to see the partially correct and fail icon too) and submit the quiz.
- Check the icons in the Navigation quiz block are 14px (they are bigger than before).
- Check the icons in the Navigation quiz block have enough contrast with the background.
- Check the icons displayed near each answer are consistent with the ones in the Navigation quiz block.

In MDL-83068 the correct, incorrect and partially correct icons were updated to avoid confusion.
While looking at them with the team, Brett raised that the partially correct icon colour was not accessible (it should be changed to #8E662E or similar):
He also suggested increasing the icon size in the quiz navigation block.
