We should be able to bulk reset completed activities a bit like what we do in the Bulk Edit Activity Completion. Noting here that the current Bulk Activity Completion is currently doing that if we change the way the completion is setup in bulk (which is a side effect, not a feature). We might need to distinguish the use case here.

Select activities that the student will need to view/completion quiz with passing grade.

• Sidenote this feature should be renamed to be more specific or unique name as the Bulk Edit feature available as of 4.2 is confusing. Please consider "Activity Completions-Bulk Editing".
