Wrong icon in Manage courses and categories for viewing categories

      1. Login as admin.
      2. Go to Site administration > Courses > Manage courses and Categories.
      3. Check the icon for "Category 1" actions menu is ellipsis and that no caret icon is displayed near the ellipsis.
      4. Open the actions menu for Category 1.
      5. Check the icon for View is fa-pager

      The icon displayed in Site administration > Courses > Manage courses and categories to view categories is wrong:

      It should be replaced with "fa-pager" (the same one used in the course page for viewing sections). 

      Apart from that, the caret near the actions menu should be removed.
