Revert preview icon (from eye to magnifying-glass-plus)

      Setup

      1. Login as admin.
      2. Create a course.
      3. Create a quiz and add a question (you can choose, for instance, True/False).

      Testing instructions

      1. Go to the Questions page of the quiz created.
      2. Check the preview icon is a magnifying-glass-plus (instead of an eye).
      3. Go to the Question bank.
      4. Open the dropdown for any question.
      5. Check the preview icon is a magnifying-glass-plus (instead of an eye).

      In MDL-82211 the preview icon was replaced with the "fa-regular fa-eye" icon. However, this icon is also used in some places for hiding/showing content.

      That's why the UX team asked to revert this change and replace the preview icons with fa-magnifying-glass-plus).
