When deleting a sticky block a generic message is generated. This doesn't tell people that they are deleting a block that also appears elsewhere.
In the documentation it says "If an admin deletes a "sticky" block in a course, they receive a warning of the site-wide consequences of this action before it is deleted." (Block settings - MoodleDocs).
But the message seems to be the same for all blocks no matter where they are created ("This will delete the block XYZ"). In the language pack this is core_block > deleteblockcheck.
Could there be a message that allows people to differentiate between sticky blocks and others?
