- Go to Administration > Courses > Default settings > Course default settings and set maxsection to 2
- Create a course C1
- Add as many section to reach the Max section
- Run the chrome extension (Axe Devtools)
- Ensure there is no accessibility warning related to the .font-italic.text-center.w-100 element

- Go to Administration > Courses > Default settings > Course default settings and set maxsection to 2
- Create a course or go to an existing course
- You should see "You reached..."
