In MDL-83592 and MDL-81939, community users have requested the ability to add titles to the Text and Media area resource.

Since these resources serve multiple purposes, displaying their titles in the course index can sometimes create confusion, especially when they’re used to present supplementary information rather than core course content. To maintain the flexibility of these resources, it'd be helpful to provide controls that allow users to choose whether the title is displayed on the course page and in the course index.
