On mobile (iPhone 8 Safari and/or Chrome dev tools), the text in the file picker will slightly overlap with the dashed line in the file picker when it is empty and the site is using a language other than English (where the available space is perfect and text is not wrapping).

This is particularly prominent when switching to other languages with longer individual words. i.e. German (de)
