      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Install Moodle (Tested on 4.2.9, 4.3.6, 4.4.2 But suspect any versions from 3.1.9 on)
      2. Made sure PHP-Tidy is installed
      3. Make sure HTML Tidy filter is set to On
      4. Make an "Embedded Answers (Cloze)" question
      5. Preview question
