The Outline Report , located through the user's profile, does not display any section information (i.e. completed activities within the section) for Group Members when the course section has Group Restrict Access conditions in place despite the user being in that specific Group.

Steps to Replicate:

• create a course
• enrol 2 students
• enrol 1 teacher (with editing)
• make 2 groups
• on group 1 add student 1
• on group 2 add student 2
• as teacher on section 1 add forum activity and make a post
• as teacher on section 2 add assign activity
• as student 1, create a post on forum in section 1, and add a submission on section 2
• as student 2, create a post on forum in section 1, and add a submission on section 2
• as teacher go to view the student 1 outline report and verify section 1 info is shown
• Now go to section 1 and add a group restriction for group 1 (only group 1 can view the whole section)

Observed Behavior:
The section 1 info is now MISSING from the Outline report. This is true for both teachers and admins that view any user in group 1's Outline Report, and seemingly affects all roles that can view this report.

Expected Behavior:
The Outline Report should display the Section 1 information if the student is part of the Group that has access to the section.
