Steps to reproduce: (Blink <=121 only)

      1. Create or edit a block or activity which uses the Atto Editor (e.g. Text and Media Area)
      2. Fill the Input field with text, so that scrolling becomes necessary.
      3. Mark text at the top of the field

When using the ATTO editor in Moodle, there is a bug where selecting text causes the page to jump to the bottom as if it has been scrolled all the way down. This behavior disrupts the editing process and makes it difficult to work on content. This issue only occurs on outdated Browsers using Blink (<=121).
