Due date for SCORM activity

      At the moment scorm activity has following dates:

      • Available from
      • Available to

      After the Available from SCORM is not available for the students.

      We propose adding a due date to the SCORM activity (including overrides https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-70253) that would work same as in the assignment activity. So students would be able to submit SCORM after due date, but it would be overdue.

      This improvement may help implementing penalties https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-80984 as well as make assessment activities more consistent.
