The "Click on today's course event on the calendar view page's calendar block" scenario started to fail again

      1. Setup moodle-docker with extra ENV variable: MOODLE_DOCKER_BROWSER=chrome
      2. Initialize behat environment by the below command 

        bin/moodle-docker-compose exec webserver php admin/tool/behat/cli/init.php

      3. Run behat tests by the below command 

        bin/moodle-docker-compose exec -u www-data webserver php admin/tool/behat/cli/run.php --tags=@core_calendar

      4. Verify that all the tests are passed.
      5. Run behat tests by the below command 

        bin/moodle-docker-compose exec -u www-data webserver php admin/tool/behat/cli/run.php --tags=@block_calendar_month

      6. Verify that all the tests are passed.

      In theory this failure was fixed by MDL-82363 but it started to fail again, see this build

      Looking the console output, the error message is exactly the same:

      Then I should see "Site Event" in the "Calendar" "block": "Site Event" text was found in the "Calendar" element but was not visible (Behat\Mink\Exception\ExpectationException)

      To confirm that it's not related to any issue integrated this week, I have launched a reps build on moodle.git and it fails too: https://ci.moodle.org/view/Testing/job/DEV.01%20-%20Developer-requested%20Behat/54248/
