Switch hide and show icons for section action menu

      1. Create a new course with at least 2 sections.
      2. Go to the course and turn editing mode on.
      3. Open the action menu of any section that is not 'General'.
      4. Confirm the icon close to the 'Hide' option is
      5. Click in 'Hide' option
      6. Confirm the icon close to the 'Show' option is

      Only for 4.4 and main:

      1. Navigate to a section page for a section is not 'General'.
      2. Open the action menu of the section.
      3. Confirm the icon close to the 'Hide' option is
      4. Click in 'Hide' option
      5. Confirm the icon close to the 'Show' option is

       

      Show
