The repository file picker content is misaligned/badly styled

      See following screenshot:

      1. The toolbar border is a different colour to the rest of the container;
      2. The toolbar and container are separated;
      3. The container has a top border radius which is out of place

      Not sure when/where this happened, but affects main & stables
