This bug fix should only be fixed for the stable branches, as the main branches have been covered on MDL-81111

How to replicate?

1. Login as admin
2. Edit profile
3. In the Description editor, click the Record audio icon on the toolbar
4. Click the Start Recording button
5. Wait for a few seconds, you can talk something if you want
6. Click the Stop Recording button
7. Click the Record Again button
8. Click the "Yes" button on the popup dialogue

Actual:

The audio player is still visible

Expected:

The audio player should be hidden
