Make calendar block on calendar page behave consistently with "small" calendar block on other pages

Currently when the calendar block is available on the calendar page, it behaves differently than on all other pages. Usually (eg in the dashboard, course block pane etc), clicking a date on the small calendar block will navigate to the calendar day view for that date - this is the expected behaviour as last reviewed during the 4.0 calendar block rework.

However, on the calendar page itself, clicking a date loads the day view within the calendar. This doesn't have a clear purpose for acting differently specifically on that page, and with the focus of the calendar/block rework being to minimise cognitive load by bringing more consistency and simplicity in the block, we should update the block to behave the same on the calendar page as any other page.

From my memory of the 4.0 improvements, the block focus for the calendar page was on removing the 3 month view, I think this was simply an oversight at the time where we didn't fully test the standard calendar block on that page.

Another option may have been to discuss the relevance of the calendar block on the calendar page itself, but I would suggest there is some value in allowing that, because I think making it avaialble gives flexibility for anyone that may be wanting to view two months at the same time while planning a calendar event.
