While triaging MOBILE-4589 I just noticed that if you copy and paste Quiz - Matching question - Answer field - '<' and '>' symbols displaying as < > on a section and an activity name the information is displayed differently

On the activity is displayed exactly as copied: Quiz - Matching question - Answer field - '<' and '>' symbols displaying as < > 

On the section is displayed: Quiz - Matching question - Answer field - '' symbols displaying as < > It is like <' and '> is ignored. I am assuming there is some issue regarding escaping special character in the title of the section

PD This happens on 4.2, 4.3, and 4.4. On 4.0 and 4.1 both displayed: Quiz - Matching question - Answer field - '' symbols displaying as < >
