Assignment is displayed multiple times when resetting a course

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create a course and add, at least, 2 assignments.
      2. Go to "More > Course reuse > Reset".
      3. Select default options and Reset course.

       

      Expected behaviour

      In the reset summary page, each Assignment action appears only once.

       

      Current behaviour

      In the reset summary page, the content reset for each Assignment appears repeated:
