The tool_generator creates a testing scenario that can execute all steps from behat_data_generators (with some limitations), change admin settings and delete courses and users to cleanup the created entities. However, this list of valid steps will change over time and it will be great if all available steps are listed with examples.

This issue will incorporate an "example" PHP8.0 attributes to some steps. This new attribute is a string with a step example. This will use the new attribute_helper so it can be reused in other parts of the code.

The tool_generator create testing scenario will show a "show more" component that will list all available steps showing a use example of it.
