Setup

1. Login as administrator
2. Create a course with a Feedback activity
3. Add some different questions to the Feedback
4. Confirm the questions editing with "moving" icons is displayed as the following:
   
5. Drag and drop a question using the "move" icon
6. Confirm you see a notification message "Question moved"
7. Reload the page and confirm the question is in the new position
8. Click on the "move" icon of a question
9. Confirm you see a move dialog as the following:
   
10. Click on the question destination
11. Confirm you see a notification message "Question moved"
12. Reload the page and confirm the question is in the new position
