Make lesson's "Link to next activity" appear translated and with filters applied

      As a teacher

      • Create a page activity with a multilang name: 

        <span class="multilang" lang="en">A page (EN)</span><span class="multilang" lang="eu">Orri bat (EU)</span>

      • Create a lesson activity, and go to the "Link to next activity" ("Appearance" → "Show more") setting

      Result (after applying the patch):

      When browsing in English: The activity list shows a tuple with the module name and the activity name with filters applied: "Page - A page (EN)"

      When browsing in another language: The activity list shows a tuple with the module name translated to that language and the activity name with filters applied. In Basque would be "Orria - Orri bat (EU)"

      While working on MDL-81733 I've realized that the lesson module's "Link to next activity" setting shows a list of the activities showing each activity's module and name concatenated.

      That activity list has two issues:

      • The module is always shown in English
      • The activity name doesn't apply the filters, so if the activity name is multilingual it shows the multilang syntax
