      1. Log in as admin
      2. Create a new course
        • Course full name: This & That
      3. Navigate to course Participants > Enrolment methods
      4. Enable Self enrolment (Student)
      5. Create a new user
      6. Log out
      7. Log in as new user
      8. Navigate to Home
      9. Press This & That course, then Enrol me

      1. Open notifications menu
      2. Confirm you have a new notification with subject "Welcome to This & That" (e.g. without the double encoded ampersand)

      1. Open email (e.g. Mailpit/Mailhog)
      2. Confirm you have a new email with subject "Welcome to This & That" (e.g. without the double encoded ampersand)

      Full Name Course email subject lines with ampersand (&) in them are being replaced with &Amp;. This includes new students enrolled in courses and students completing a course.

      STEPS TO REPLICATE

      • Create a course with an '&' in the Name. e.g. Testing & In Course Full Name &
      • Enroll a new student
      • Check Email Notification for new student enrollment

      OBSERVED BEHAVIOR:
      Email Subjects with an & in the Course Full Name show &Amp;. e.g. Welcome to Testing &Amp; In Course Full Name &Amp;
