In the message list, if the user has more than 100 messages in some browsers, the system does not realize that the scroll has come to an end and does not request any more messages.
On the same moodle but in another browser, the old messages are loaded successfully.

Test:
1. Go to message link
2. Click See All
3. Make sure that the user has more than 150 messages
4. Scroll in message box to load more
5. Check that the system does not load all messages
