Log in as admin

Create a new user

Navigate to Users > Accounts > Browse list of users in site administration

Select your new user (tick the checkbox)

Open With selected users... element

Choose Delete

Confirm you aren't asked if you want to leave the page

Confirm you are redirected to page that prompts for confirmation of user deletion
