Even after deleting submissions from the Moodle, a record in mdl_assign_grades still exists. The same thing happens also after resetting a course. Due to this, it became impossible to change the following three items in the "Assignment" settings.
1. Submission settings:「Require students to click the submit button」
2. Group submission settings:「Students submit in groups」)
3. Grade:「Anonymous submissions」
