Currently the courses have this setting: "Completion tracking: Yes / NO".

This means that the student will see quite a bit of information, or nothing at all.

Perhaps a three-pronged approach can be taken:
a) Show the conditions of realization.    <--- Just like now
b) Show the status (pending, completed).
c) Do not show anything.                        <--- Just like now
