In MDL-63424, the "This submission is my own work, except where I have acknowledged the use of the works of other people." statement was made into a required field (Good!) but the valdiation message was set to be just 'Requred' which has been flagged as a problem in our usability testing.

I will change it to "You are required to agree to this statement before you can submit."
